Requirements: Excellent English speaking and communication skills. Proficiency in emailing and phone call etiquette. Familiarity with AI tools, particularly ChatGPT. Ability to understand products and communicate their value to customers. Experience using online systems for managing customer engagement. Educational qualification: Graduate or Diploma in a relevant field such as BBA, BE Mech, MBA, etc.
