As a key technical member of the Develop Design Quality Assurance (DDQA) NAND team at Micron Technology, your role will involve collaborating with technology development, design, and test engineering teams to predict and solve product failure modes. To excel in this role, you should have 3 to 8 years of experience in the semiconductor industry or a research institute, along with expertise in semiconductor device parametric measurement and operating semiconductor lab instrumentation for electrical characterization. A background in Advanced CMOS Device Engineering and NAND integration will be advantageous. Additionally, you should hold an M.S. or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or a related field with a minimum of 2 years of experience. Additionally, you will work closely with media health and test solution engineers to develop fault isolation strategies and create new risk assessment methods. This work requires a solid understanding of semiconductor device physics and NAND architecture. Your Responsibilities Will Include Implement technical risk assessment and NUDD (New, Unique, Different, Difficult) analysis when new designs, circuit, device, layout and process and lead execution of risk mitigation Developing and implementing test methodologies to evaluate wafer-level and circuit-level PRODUCT reliability behavior and performance. Collaboration with technology development, design, reliability, and characterization teams will be essential for reliability model building signatures with process conversions and parametric test data. Integrate data sources (metrology, param, product test) to model physical fail modes and providing actionable recommendations for develop quality and reliability mitigation strategies in product design, development and test will be key aspects of your role. Qualifications A solid understanding of semiconductor device physics and circuit operation. Basic knowledge of NAND memory and semiconductor process technology Proficiency in statistical data analysis. Exceptional communication skills are essential, along with 3 to 8 years of experience in the semiconductor industry or a research institute. Expertise in semiconductor device parametric measurement and proficiency in operating semiconductor lab instrumentation for electrical characterization are highly valued.
