Nana Ki – Fashion, Accessories & Home Furnishings Designed by French designers in India, made in India for 25 years Location: New Delhi, India About Nana Ki Nana Ki is a distinctive brand created by French designers in India, producing fashion, accessories, and home furnishings for over 25 years. We’ve just opened a new boutique in New Delhi and are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to grow our clientele and oversee both the store and our e-shop. Key Responsibilities Run day-to-day boutique operations independently; ensure a warm, professional customer experience. Advise customers, build long-term relationships, and drive repeat sales. Develop the clientele : attract new customers, promote a new store not in a prime location , and encourage discovery. Create, grow, and maintain a customer database for CRM and loyalty. Handle sales transactions, reporting, and inventory through sales software. Co-develop and manage the e-shop daily (product uploads, inventory, pricing/promotions). Process online orders end-to-end: pick/pack, shipping, follow-up. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries (in-store, email, online). Requirements 5–10 years’ proven experience in fashion/retail sales with a track record in client development and growth. Able to work independently with minimal supervision; proactive and reliable. Excellent spoken and written English . Strong computer skills: MS Office ; comfortable with POS/CRM/e-commerce platforms. Highly organized, customer-centric, problem-solver with initiative.
