Customer Service: - Provide personalized and attentive service to guests, ensuring their needs and expectations are met. - Respond to guest inquiries promptly and professionally, addressing any concerns or questions they may have. - Offer recommendations for local attractions, dining options, and hotel amenities to enhance the guest experience. - Resolve any issues or complaints regarding reservations, billing, or accommodation, escalating matters to the appropriate departments when necessary. Collaboration: - Collaborate closely with other hotel departments, such as housekeeping, front desk, and sales, to ensure seamless guest experiences. - Maintain open lines of communication with the hotel staff to stay informed about room availability, rates, and special promotions. - Coordinate with the front desk to ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes for guests with reservations.
