Key Responsibilities Drive new business development by identifying and engaging with prospective clients. Prepare, present, and negotiate quotations and commercial terms with confidence. Support annual sales budgeting and contribute to long-term strategic planning. Analyze sales performance data and provide actionable insights for management. Track customer requirements, market trends, and competitor activities. Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts through regular communication and client visits. Manage the complete RFQ (Request for Quotation) process. Deliver accurate weekly and monthly sales forecasts. Collaborate with production, logistics, and after-sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Assist in benchmarking and competitor analysis to support business strategy. Qualifications & Experience Education: Bachelors degree in any discipline. Experience: Minimum 2 years in B2B sales, preferably within the automotive, mechanical, or machinery industries. Language: Proficiency in English (essential); Hindi fluency is a strong advantage. Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of technical and commercial aspects in the automotive/mechanical sector.
