We’re early pioneers in this category and balance Ayurvedic legacy with clinical validation and ethical, compliant distribution. Role overview This is an inbound-led, account-management role — not cold calling . Leads are qualified and delivered to you by the marketing / lead-gen team (10–15 new leads/day currently). Your job begins at the handoff : engage those doctors/clinics/hospitals, convert trials to prescriptions/listings, and build an ongoing network of repeat prescribers and institutional accounts. You’ll manage an active book of ~200 practitioner accounts that will scale — so this mixes field sales, KAM and business development. Key responsibilities Inbound lead handling (primary): take ownership of assigned inbound leads (doctors, clinics, hospitals). Prioritise, follow up, and convert. (No expectation of cold calling.) Trial kit & onboarding: manage distribution of trial kits, demo samples and starter protocols in a compliant manner; support doctors on first-use guidance. Account ownership & KAM: build and maintain a book of active accounts (~200 initial targets), nurture relationships, track prescribing intent and convert to recurring orders/listings. Clinical education: run scientific detailing, case conversations and small in-clinic demos; escalate clinical questions to medical affairs. Events & CME support: help organise doctor meetings, educational sessions and capture outcomes/testimonials. Territory execution: maintain disciplined field coverage and visit cadence — mainly follow-ups, sampling and KOL nurture (target: quality of calls, not cold-call volumes). CRM & reporting: log all visits, trial outcomes, prescription pull, and feedback in CRM daily; submit weekly MIS and funnel forecasts. Coordination: coordinate deliveries with operations, flag supply gaps, and work with marketing & medical teams on content / materials. Compliance: ensure all communications and sample distributions are AYUSH compliant and follow company SOPs.
