Role Summary The Director will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing initiatives that build meaningful and sustainable connections between the University and its alumni. The role also includes developing and managing the University's international affairs and fostering relationships with global partners. Key Responsibilities Lead alumni and internationalisation initiatives with a high degree of independence. Develop and implement alumni engagement strategies, communications, and events. Serve as a liaison between the alumni community and academic/administrative departments. Collaborate with departments to encourage alumni participation in mentorship, internships, and other initiatives. Plan and execute alumni events such as reunions, networking sessions, and guest lectures. Enhance communication strategies, including social media engagement, alumni giving, and newsletters. Create forums for alumni-University interaction, including structural feedback on curriculum. Develop, maintain, and update the alumni database to ensure accuracy and security. Support the development and management of international academic partnerships and MoUs. Liaise with embassies, universities, and international organisations for collaborations. Act as a point of contact for current and prospective international students and academic partners. Streamline existing exchange programmes and establish new global institutional relationships. Number of Posts 1 (One) Essential Criteria Master's degree or higher. Minimum of 10 years of demonstrable experience in student/alumni relations, international affairs, academic administration, or a similar role. Proven experience in event planning, stakeholder engagement, and cross-cultural communication. Demonstrable knowledge and interest in the higher education sector. Role Summary The Director Communications will oversee all internal and external communications, brand and media relations, digital outreach, and stakeholder engagement. The role also includes building and leading a communications team to ensure effective amplification of the University's brand and values across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a comprehensive communications strategy aligned with the University's vision and objectives. Oversee internal communications for clarity, consistency, and timely dissemination of information. Lead external communications, including media relations, press releases, interviews, and crisis communication. Manage the University's digital presence (social media, newsletters, blogs, multimedia). Use analytics to evaluate impact. Maintain and update the University's website; coordinate the publication of the Annual Report.
