Job Title: Project Manager Roles and Responsibilities Experience & Skills 5-7 years of experience managing software development projects (preferably in Agile/Scrum environments) Proven track record of leading multi-disciplinary teams across the full SDLC Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or similar project tracking tools Hands-on experience managing scope, schedules, budgets, and team communication Leadership & Ownership Strong decision-making skills you don't escalate everything; you own it Ability to align diverse stakeholders and keep momentum without micro-managing You can zoom in to resolve a sprint blocker and zoom out to present a project roadmap Soft Skills That Matter Calm under pressure, clear in communication Proactive, assertive, and always two steps ahead A team player whos also comfortable leading from the front Roles & Responsibilities Drive Delivery Define project scope, goals, and deliverables and ensure they align with business objectives Create clear and realistic timelines, manage budgets, and track progress like a pro Own sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews to keep teams on track Lead and Coordinate Be the primary point of contact for clients manage expectations, timelines, and scope changes Work closely with development, QA, business analysts, and design teams to ensure seamless execution Identify risks early, create mitigation plans, and handle issues before they become problems Monitor and Report Track project health with KPIs, burndown charts, and delivery metrics Provide regular status updates to internal leadership and external stakeholders Ensure documentation, compliance, and project audits are all in place
