Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Professor at NALANDA COLLEGE OF PHARMACY, CHARLAPALLY located in Nalgonda. The Professor will be responsible for preparing and delivering lectures, creating lesson plans, assessing student performance, guiding research projects, and staying updated with the latest advancements in the pharmaceutical field. Additional responsibilities include participating in faculty meetings, mentoring students, and contributing to academic publications. Qualifications In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical sciences and teaching experience in related subjects Strong research skills and experience in guiding student projects Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in using educational technology and resources Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and mentor students Ph.D. in Pharmacy or related field; a Master’s degree with significant industry or teaching experience may also be considered Previous experience in a higher education institution is preferred
