Job Title Business Development Officer Location Field-based (with occasional office visits as required) Role Description We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Officer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for field visits, client acquisition, and product sales, specifically promoting our ERP solutions across various sectors. Key Responsibilities Conduct field visits to identify and approach prospective clients. Present and demonstrate ERP software solutions to decision-makers. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business growth. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Work closely with the product and technical teams to align client requirements. Prepare sales reports and market feedback to inform strategy. Qualifications MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Finance. Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing in any industry. Proven track record in B2B sales or solution-based selling is preferred.
