Executive Assistant to Managing Director
Hiring an ๐๐ฑ๐๐๐ฎ๐ญ๐ข๐ฏ๐ ๐๐ฌ๐ฌ๐ข๐ฌ๐ญ๐๐ง๐ญ (๐๐) ๐ญ๐จ ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐๐ ๐ Noida (in-person) ๐ Full-time ๐ธ Not a fortuneโbut full of growth, action, and impact At ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ข๐ ๐ข๐ญ๐๐ฅ ๐๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ฅ๐ญ๐ข๐ง๐ , we do good work, work with good people. Now we need someone very specific: An Executive Assistant who is part super-organizer, part mini-Chief-of-Staff, and part โIโll handle itโ energy. Truth is, Leaders like the MD are juggling strategy, delivery, growth, and a calendar thatโs currently a war zone. What we need is a sharp, reliable, low-drama human to help organize everything. This isnโt your average EA role. Youโll be: - Managing the calendar, inbox, travel, and life (no pressure) - Joining meetings, capturing action points, and chasing stuff down - Helping run projects, prepping slides, drafting emails, keeping things on track - Nudging leads and prospects, following up on proposals, and occasionally wearing a light sales hat - Spotting blind spots before I trip over them You donโt need to be loud. You do need to be organized, efficient, smart, and unfazed by a bit of chaos. You should love structure, systems, and making things happen behind the scenes. You might be the right fit if: - Youโve been an EA or operations person before โ and were damn good at it - Youโre great at writing, can manage projects, and donโt need micro-managing - Youโre resourceful. If you donโt know something, you figure it out - You enjoy solving problems and donโt mind helping with sales follow-ups or light admin/HR - Youโre okay with the fact that weโre not a giant firm (yet) โ but we do offer autonomy, flexibility, and a real seat at the table If this sounds like your kind of chaos, DM me or drop a comment below with: โIโm your EA โ hereโs why.โ Email : vikas@naksconsuling.com
