Job Description We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Level-1 Network Engineer to join our growing IT team. Requirements Key Responsibilities: Monitor Network Performance: Responsible for initial steps of customer query or complaint , Regularly monitor network systems, routers, switches, firewalls, and other critical infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.
