We are looking for a Logistics Operations Executive to manage daily logistics activities including material dispatch, transportation coordination, documentation, and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, an understanding of logistics and transport management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Plan and coordinate dispatches from warehouse to customer sites and other locations. Manage transport scheduling, vehicle tracking, and route optimization. Coordinate with transporters, drivers, and customers for smooth material movement. Prepare and maintain delivery challans, e-way bills, GRNs, and related logistics documents. Monitor inventory levels and support warehouse stock management. Ensure safe and timely delivery of materials while minimizing transportation costs. Handle inward and outward material records in ERP or Excel. Liaise with sales and accounts teams for order fulfillment and billing alignment. Maintain proper documentation for audits and statutory compliance. Identify and implement process improvements in logistics and dispatch operations.
