The School Coordinator plays a key leadership role in welcoming and supporting Student Teachers, meeting with Student Teachers and Mentor Teachers. The School Coordinator's role includes: Curriculum development Assessment design Regular notebooks/work books notes Correction checking Classroom Observation , Allotting Substitutions Collection of evidence of UT,FA,SA test activities. Syllabus completion report. Teacher weekly Log Meeting the Parents on PTM Addressing Checking Question Checking regularity of teachers to the class (Τ.Τ) Arrangement before the PTM distribution of parent Sign format, Suggestion paper Spot Check 5 questions at a time Monitoring academic activities of the section, preparation of absent arrangements. Allotting invigilation duties for teachers Teacher session log & diaries checking Observation of classes/students spot check How submissions at right time Counselling students Putting formal messages regarding holidays Information, events etc in whatsapp Portion completion inspection Scaling of books Giving suitable feedback Update the time table, completion of portion, maintenance of notebooks, stationary, uniform issue Tracking addressing.school register, discipline, emergencies help/preparation of unit test/exam portion.coordinate curricular & co-curricular programmes. Data analysis after each exam Checking of attendance register Marks cards updation/parent teachers meeting calls to parent Overall incharge of allotted class/fee collection tracking Handling of Parent Issues. * Final verification of QP Developing a creative learning community across the school to have knowledge, understanding and enthusiasm for creative teaching and learning as Ensure that external partners engaged in the programme are able to develop appropriate communications across the school community Ensure all programme activity is carried out with due regard to health and safety and the safeguarding of children and young people Department, that contributes to an annual evidence-based report showing clear outcome expectations Work collaboratively with faculty and staff on retention issues and to improve overall support services May oversee student employee hours (undergraduate and graduate) to maintain that hours worked comply with allotted funds for student employment and provide verification for hours worked by signing student employee timesheets and to include the full range of training, evaluating, to ensure that their learning/development and performance are in line with the department's mission . Supports an inclusive environment for staff and students, development of cultural competency skills, and the delivery of programs that advance diversity objectives of the campus community.
