The role involves identifying customer needs, presenting relevant solutions, and closing sales. It includes both outbound calling to generate leads and inbound call handling to convert inquiries into sales. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into successful sales Understand customer requirements and offer tailored solutions Build and maintain strong customer relationships Follow up on leads, previous interactions, and potential clients Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and outcomes using CRM tools Provide product information, pricing, and promotional details Handle customer objections and provide excellent post-sales support Collaborate with the sales and marketing team for lead generation campaigns Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service Excellent communication and persuasive skills Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated Good understanding of sales techniques and customer relationship management Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred) Personal Attributes: Confident and target-driven Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
