As a Treasury Operations Specialist at our company, you will be responsible for processing requests, approving bank transactions, and monitoring emails to ensure timely responses. Your role will involve supporting the integration of new Division Partners, maintaining proper controls, and participating in continuous improvement activities for operational processes. Additionally, you will be expected to work both independently and as part of a team to handle items in the internal queue promptly and appropriately. To excel in this role, you should possess a strong sense of business ethics, be experienced in Treasury operations or banking operations, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information appropriately are essential. A Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field is required, along with at least 2 years of experience in Treasury Operations or banking operations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and the ability to learn new applications as needed are also important qualifications. Experience with NACHA files is considered a plus.
