As a Security Managed Services Engineer (L4) at NTT DATA, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the operational efficiency of Security infrastructure and systems for our clients. Your responsibilities include proactively managing, monitoring, investigating, and resolving escalated technical incidents and problems to ensure the seamless delivery of managed services while adhering to service level agreements (SLAs). Your primary focus will be on providing forth line support for incidents and requests of high complexity, ensuring that the contracted Managed Services outcomes are met. You will also work on enhancing existing infrastructure with next-gen Firewall and Zero Trust Security architecture, as well as provide guidance on architecture and project-related activities. Key Responsibilities: - Demonstrate a good understanding of Next Gen Firewalls (Palo Alto, Cisco ASA/ FTD, Checkpoint), Proxy solutions (Zscaler, Forcepoint, Symantec WPS), and NAC solutions (Cisco ISE, Forescout). - Independently perform operational tasks to resolve escalated incidents/requests within agreed SLAs. - Update tickets with resolution tasks in a timely and consistent manner. - Identify, investigate, and analyze issues, log incidents, and provide immediate resolution. - Provide forth line support for escalated incidents, identify root causes, and assist in resolving problems. - Collaborate with other teams and clients to extend support and act as an emergency contact for critical issues. - Support change implementation, escalate tickets to management, and contribute to automation efforts. - Apply technical knowledge to analyze and troubleshoot complex client environments. - Coach and offer technical expertise to junior engineering teams. - Conduct quality audits and may manage and implement projects within the technology domain. - Work on Disaster Recovery functions and tests as required. Required Experience: - Extensive experience in Managed Services for complex Security Infrastructure. - Proficiency in ticketing tools, preferably Service Now. - Experience in large Global Enterprise client outsourcing projects. - Vendor management experience and effective shift-left work management skills. - In-depth knowledge of IT industry standards and emerging technologies impacting IT operations.
