We are seeking a passionate and dynamic experienced Operations Professional to join our team at Manipal Hospitals! The role available is for Operations- Teleradiology, based in Bangalore. As part of this role, your responsibilities will include: - Monitoring radiologists" productivity and SLA in MHRG Radiology Operations. - Facilitating seamless onboarding of new radiologists in collaboration with the MHRG HR team. - Ensuring compliance with NABH requirements for MHRG Radiology QA program. - Collaborating with Finance managers to secure 18% revenue share from hospitals monthly. - Coordinating with Radiology Managers in MH hospitals to address operational concerns. - Focusing on 100% retention of National & International Client base in Teleradiology Business. - Enhancing service delivery through Key Client Management. - Improving radiologist productivity and cross-utilization. To qualify for this position, you should have: - MHA/MBA in Healthcare Administration. - Background in the hospital sector would be preferred. - 5-7 years of relevant experience. - A bachelors/diploma in radiology would be desirable for this role.
