  • Coordinate and manage the complete NABH accreditation lifecycle, including preparation, implementation, documentation, and renewal activities, ensuring full compliance with NABH standards, patient safety goals, and statutory healthcare regulations.

  • Develop, update, and control NABH-related policies, procedures, manuals, SOPs, and records across departments, ensuring version control, timely dissemination, staff awareness, and alignment with quality and clinical governance requirements.

  • Conduct internal audits, gap assessments, mock audits, and continuous quality improvement activities; track non-conformities, prepare corrective and preventive action plans (CAPA), and monitor closure within defined timelines.

  • Coordinate with clinical, nursing, administrative, and support teams to drive quality initiatives, organize NABH training programs, ensure staff competency, and support external assessors during NABH assessments and surveillance audits.
