The ideal candidate will have strong development expertise across Core HRMS, NA Payroll, Benefits, and Time & Labor, along with deep technical knowledge of People Tools 8.55+. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain PeopleSoft applications and interfaces. Work on enterprise-wide projects involving Core HR, NA Payroll, Base Benefits, and Time & Labor. Develop and support integration with third-party systems using Integration Broker (IB) and web services. Utilize PeopleCode, Application Engine, Application Packages, SQR, and COBOL SQL for custom development. Implement and support Approval Workflow Engine (AWE), Fluid UI, Work Centers, Activity Guides, and Pivot Grids. Use tools like Data Mover, Application Designer, Query Manager, and Job Scheduling for development and maintenance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including functional analysts and business users. Create and maintain technical documentation and development standards. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Technical Skills Required Strong experience with: PeopleTools 8.55+ PeopleCode, SQR, COBOL SQL Application Engine, Application Packages Integration Broker, Web Services Approval Workflow Engine (AWE) Fluid UI, Pivot Grids, Activity Guides Good understanding of: Core HR, NA Payroll, Base Benefits, Time & Labor Data Mover, Application Designer, Query Manager Experience in developing and maintaining interfaces with third-party systems. Familiarity with enterprise-wide project environments. Qualifications Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field. 5+ years of PeopleSoft development experience. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment with both technical and non-technical members.

Technical Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 4 years core technical experience using below developmental tools: PeopleCode / Application Engine (AE) / Application Designer (AD) / App Packages / SQR / PIA Minimum 4 years professional experience using PeopleSoft v9x Translating functional requirements into PeopleSoft technical design. Minimum 4 years core experience using PeopleCode / PeopleTools / AE / AD Minimum 4 years professional experience using PeopleSoft v9x. Working experience with PeopleSecurity/Fluid is added advantage. Good understanding of software development life cycle management Functional knowledge of HR, Benefits and Payroll applications PeopleSoft HRMS product knowledge for functional/gap mappings Knowledge of PeopleSoft best practices and existing functionalities Experience in Applications Integrations with SOA and web services is an asset Building relationships with clients and keeping abreast of the various client developments SQL programming skills including stored procedures and dynamic SQL SQR programming and development skills.
