The Opportunity:

This is a paid, remote internship for curious problem-solers. You'll receive direct mentorship on n8n and work on real client projects. This is your chance to learn by doing in a values-driven environment.

The Challenge: Show Us Your Values in Action

This challenge tests the exact skills and values you'll use here: curiosity, autonomy, and communication.

1. Learn: Go to https://www.youtube.com/@nateherk. Find one automation project that genuinely interests you.
2. Build: Build it yourself in n8n. Understand it, don't just copy it.
3. Explain: Create a short screen recording (5-10 mins) where you:

• Introduce the automation and why it interested you (shows Customer Empathy).
• Show your n8n canvas and walk us through how it works in your own words (shows Ownership of your learning).
• (Bonus) Suggest how to improve it for a real business (shows deep Customer Empathy).

Compensation & Reward:

• Monthly Stipend: ₹3,000 per month for the 2-month internship.
• Performance Bonus: Up to ₹10,000 based on your demonstration of our core values and the quality of your work. Excellence, ownership, and a collaborative spirit are rewarded.
