Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and reliable Industrial Electrician to support our perfume manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems and equipment used in the production of fragrances. This role requires a strong understanding of industrial electrical systems, safety standards, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, control panels, and industrial machinery. Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues on mixers, bottling lines, HVAC systems, and automation equipment. Ensure compliance with safety standards, electrical codes, and plant policies. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical infrastructure and production equipment. Coordinate with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime. Maintain accurate maintenance logs and update documentation for all electrical systems. Assist with the design and implementation of electrical layouts for new machinery and equipment upgrades. Inspect and test electrical components using tools such as multimeters, thermal scanners, and circuit testers. Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and perform root cause analysis to prevent recurrence. Ensure energy efficiency and suggest improvements to reduce electrical consumption. Qualifications: Diploma or certification in Electrical Engineering or Industrial Electricity. Valid electrician license or equivalent certification. Minimum 3 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment; experience in the fragrance, cosmetics, or chemical industry is an advantage. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, PLCs, VFDs, control panels, and industrial automation. Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams, blueprints, and technical manuals. Familiarity with safety regulations such as OSHA, NEC, and lockout/tagout procedures. Hands-on experience with troubleshooting tools and electrical test equipment. Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and under pressure in a shift-based environment. Working Conditions: Exposure to manufacturing conditions including noise, fragrances, heat, and machinery. Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is mandatory. May require lifting, climbing, and working at heights or in confined spaces. Rotational shifts and on-call availability for emergency repairs.
