1) Review and verify Income Tax Returns and GST Returns prepared by junior staff, ensuring accuracy and compliance with current tax laws and regulations. 2) Finalize financial statements and management reports for clients across various industries, ensuring adherence to applicable accounting standards. 3) Conduct internal audits, including planning, fieldwork, and reporting, to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and identify areas for improvement. 4) Perform statutory audits in accordance with regulatory requirements, including documentation, testing, and preparation of audit reports. 5) Liaise with clients to gather necessary information, resolve queries, and provide guidance on tax and audit matters. 6) Prepare and finalize audit reports, highlighting key findings, recommendations, and compliance issues. 7) Stay updated with changes in tax laws, GST regulations, and accounting standards to ensure ongoing compliance and best practices. 8) Assist in tax planning and advisory assignments as required. 9) Co-ordinate with team and solve their queries.
