We Are Hiring Semi Qualified CA. Key Responsibilities: Accounting & Finance Prepare and maintain books of accounts, ledgers, and reconciliations. Support in preparation of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow). Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and MIS reporting. Audit & Assurance Support statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies. Liaise with external auditors and regulatory authorities. Taxation & Compliance Assist in filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax returns, and other statutory compliances. Prepare working papers and documentation for tax assessments and audits. Stay updated with changes in tax laws and regulations. Advisory & Support Provide analytical support for cost optimization and financial decision-making. Assist management in financial planning and strategy implementation. Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth financial operations. Required Qualifications & Skills: Semi Qualified CA. Articleship / prior work experience in accounting, audit, or taxation preferred. Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards, GST, Income Tax, and TDS. Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred). Good communication and analytical skills. Ability to manage deadlines and multitask effectively.
