Maintain aseptic techniques and prepare OT with required instruments and equipment. Coordinate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and support staff for efficient operation workflow. Monitor patient vitals and support post-op recovery and safety. Ensure strict adherence to OT safety and infection control protocols. Qualifications GNM/BSc Nursing (MCI/KNC Registered) Minimum 1 year of OT experience; laparoscopic surgery exposure preferred. Strong communication, attention to detail, and teamwork skills. Willingness to work in rotational shifts and emergency OT support.
