La société MyUnisoft est née en 2018 de la volonté de plusieurs cabinets d’expertise comptable structurés de créer une solution complète à destination des experts comptables et de leurs clients sous le concept du For Us & By Us. Ils se sont appuyés sur le savoir-faire et la fiabilité acquis pendant des décennies au sein du cabinet Recci qui utilisait depuis toujours sa propre solution de production comptable. MyUnisoft est aujourd'hui détenue par Régis Samuel (CEO et expert-comptable), Cyril Mandrilly (CTO) ainsi que 130 cabinets de toutes tailles et est composée de 150 collaborateurs, dont certains sont également actionnaires de la société. MyUnisoft propose une solution technologique innovante et complète, ouverte et exploitant la data, en BtoBtoB à destination des experts comptables : production comptable automatisée (de la collecte à la liasse fiscale), plateforme client collaborative et plateforme cabinet (CRM, gestion interne…), application mobile sur les stores.
