Role Description Sales Development Representative will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities through outbound and inbound lead management. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting potential clients, qualifying leads, and developing relationships with potential customers. Qualifications 2-3 years of Experience of working in the field/ project management/ operations profile in market research industry or 2-3 years of B2B recruiting experience (This is non-negotiable requirement) Strong prospecting and lead generation skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools Ability to analyze customer needs and effectively present solutions Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Experience in the language services industry is a plus Salary range: 4 to 6 Lacs per annum, depending on the candidature Show more Show less
