The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working in reputed architectural firms and handling diverse projects, including residential, institutional, and hospital buildings. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with multiple architectural teams Development of architectural design concepts and detailed drawings. Produce 2D and 3D models, renderings, and visual presentations using CAD and BIM software. Prepare and compile construction documents, plans, sections, and elevations. Conduct site analysis and participate in field visits and surveys. Support the preparation of client presentations and proposal documents. Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and contractors on design and technical issues. Ensure that all designs comply with local codes, zoning laws, and regulations. Ensure high-quality standards in drawings, documentation, and deliverables. Provide in-depth technical input and ensure accuracy in construction detailing. Coordinate effectively with consultants (Structural, Electrical, Plumbing, etc.) to maintain seamless project integration. Review and monitor progress to ensure project timelines and budgets are met. Stay updated with emerging design trends and materials. Be proactive, committed, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure successful project completion. Requirements: Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of project types and scales. Exceptional knowledge of construction practices, detailing, and site coordination. Leadership qualities with the ability to manage and mentor teams. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
