Key Responsibilities:Supervise the finishing section to ensure garments are ironed, checked, trimmed, and packed as per quality standards. Plan and monitor the loading of raw garments from stitching to finishing to ensure smooth workflow. Ensure all garments are accurately packed, labeled, and cartonized as per buyer requirements. Coordinate with the production, quality, and dispatch teams to meet shipment timelines. Monitor manpower allocation and optimize workflow for efficiency. Ensure stock is properly maintained and recorded before dispatch. Solve day-to-day production issues and ensure on-time delivery to customers. Maintain cleanliness, discipline, and compliance with company standards on the shop floor. Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Production / Finishing Supervisor in a garment factory. Strong knowledge of finishing, packing, and dispatch processes in apparel manufacturing. Ability to plan and manage workflow effectively to meet shipment deadlines. Good leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Knowledge of quality control and buyer compliance will be an added advantage. Education: Diploma / Degree in Garment Manufacturing / Textile / Equivalent preferred.

The ideal candidate will ensure the timely supply of materials as per work order requirements, maintain accurate inventory records, and manage stock through our ERP system. Strong Excel and data management skills are essential for this role. Key Responsibilities:Plan, receive, issue, and maintain raw materials as per production work orders. Update all stock transactions and movement details accurately in the ERP system. Regularly reconcile physical stock with ERP records. Monitor material usage and wastage to ensure optimal inventory levels. Coordinate with production, purchase, and accounts teams for material flow and reporting. Generate and maintain Excel reports for stock tracking, consumption, and forecasting. Implement systematic labeling, binning, and storage for easy material traceability. Ensure compliance with safety, cleanliness, and inventory control standards. Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Store Management, Supply Chain, Commerce, or related field. 2–5 years of experience in a raw material or manufacturing store preferred. Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP / Tally / Zoho / custom ERP). Advanced Excel skills — including formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and reporting dashboards. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under pressure. Excellent communication and coordination skills.
