Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Business Development Executive to support our sales efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, introducing our services via emails and calls, and setting up meetings or demos with our sales team. Key Responsibilities: Identify potential leads through online research, databases, and other sources. Initiate contact via cold calls and emails to introduce our services. Understand client needs at a high level and present relevant services/offers. Schedule appointments or product/service demos for the sales or technical team. Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and appointments in CRM tools. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to optimize outreach efforts. Follow up consistently to ensure engagement and conversion. Skills & Qualifications: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills. Comfortable making cold calls and handling objections. Basic understanding of sales funnels and pre-sales processes. Proficiency in using tools like Excel, CRM platforms, and email automation tools. Prior experience in pre-sales, telemarketing, or lead generation is a plus.
