Our vision is to become India’s smartest personal stylist, powered by AI that deeply understands fashion, body types, cultures, and trends. We've built a proprietary 4-step recommendation engine using multimodal models, deep search, and real-time outfit scoring. We're looking for a smart, technical intern who loves fashion, AI, and solving hard personalization problems. What You'll Work On Maintain and scale our current 4-phase fashion recommendation engine: Product image captioning using LLaVA on RunPod Semantic search using FAISS + SentenceTransformers Outfit scoring engine using style, body shape, trend, and cultural metrics Similar product/outfit discovery APIs Gradually take ownership of: Improving outfit generation logic Optimizing FAISS indexing and embedding pipelines Running evaluations and style consistency checks Experimenting with new models (e.g., DeepSeek R1, FashionCLIP, LaViLa) Building pipelines for user feedback–driven personalization Skills Required Must-Have: 🧠 Strong Python programming experience 🤖 Exposure to ML / deep learning (transformers, huggingface, or vision-language models) 🔍 Knowledge of FAISS or any vector search engine 🧾 Comfortable with APIs, JSON, and working with structured/unstructured data 👕 Passion for fashion tech, recommendation systems, or personalization 💬 Good communication — you'll work directly with the CEO and think out loud Bonus: 📊 Experience with SentenceTransformers, OpenAI, or multimodal LLMs 🎨 Familiarity with fashion data, body types, style trends 🔁 Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, etc.) ⚡ Familiarity with tools like RunPod, HuggingFace Spaces, or Docker 🧠 Knowledge of embeddings, outfit scoring, or recommender systems 🧵 Interest in working at the intersection of fashion + AI What You’ll Gain Real-world experience working on a production-level AI recommendation system Direct mentorship from the founder/CEO Opportunity to drive core technical decisions in a fast-growing startup Experience in fashion-tech, one of the fastest growing sectors Exposure to the full ML pipeline: inference, retrieval, scoring, evaluation Letter of recommendation + potential PPO for outstanding candidates How to Apply Send us at mayank.lakhani@mymirro.in: Your CV / LinkedIn / GitHub (Optional) Any projects related to recommendation engines, AI/ML, or fashion A short paragraph on why you’re excited about this role Show more Show less
