About the Role We’re seeking a creative Motion Designer to animate our mascots and visual storytelling elements. Your animations will play a crucial role in enhancing user engagement and bringing the MyMentalPal brand to life on our app and website. Key Responsibilities Develop captivating motion graphics and animations. Animate mascots and interactive elements to enhance the user journey. Create animations in Lottie and SVG formats for optimal web and mobile performance. Collaborate closely with creative and development teams. Ensure animations adhere to brand guidelines, maintaining visual consistency. Requirements Proficiency in creating Lottie and SVG animations. Basic understanding of design and animation principles. Ability to translate creative briefs into impactful animations. Comfortable receiving feedback and revising work accordingly. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. What You’ll Learn & Gain Valuable hands-on experience in a startup environment. Direct mentorship from experienced designers and developers. Enhanced portfolio showcasing practical app and web animations. Interview Process The hiring process includes a skills assessment and three interview rounds.
