We are seeking a highly skilled and certified HubSpot expert to assist with the full range of HubSpot features and automation for our business. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in configuring, optimizing, and automating HubSpot’s CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, and Operations Hub to drive efficiency and growth. **Key Responsibilities:** - **HubSpot Setup and Configuration**: Configure and customize HubSpot tools, including Contacts, Companies, Deals, Emails, Meetings, Tickets, Forms, and Landing Pages, to align with our business processes. - **Automation and Workflows**: Design and implement complex workflow automations, lead scoring systems, and programmable automation using JavaScript or Python to streamline marketing, sales, and customer service operations. - **Integrations**: Seamlessly integrate HubSpot with third-party platforms such as Google Suite, Mailchimp, Zapier, Zoom, Salesforce, or other relevant tools to enhance functionality. - **Analytics and Reporting**: Develop custom reports and dashboards to track KPIs, monitor campaign performance, and provide actionable insights for optimization. - **Training and Onboarding**: Provide training sessions to ensure our team can effectively use HubSpot’s features and maintain best practices. - **Ongoing Support**: Conduct account audits, troubleshoot issues, and recommend improvements to maximize HubSpot’s potential. **Requirements:** - HubSpot certifications (e.g., Inbound Marketing, HubSpot Marketing Software, Sales Software, Service Hub, or CMS for Marketers) are highly preferred. - Proven experience with HubSpot’s full suite of tools, including Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, and Operations Hub. - Expertise in creating and managing automation workflows, lead nurturing, and email campaigns. - Strong technical skills in integrating HubSpot with other platforms via APIs, Zapier, or custom code. - Experience with data analysis, lead scoring, and reporting within HubSpot. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to train and collaborate with teams. - Preferably 3+ years of experience with HubSpot and a track record of successful implementations for businesses of varying sizes. **Nice-to-Haves:** - Experience with programmable automation using JavaScript or Python in HubSpot’s Operations Hub. - Familiarity with related tools like Airtable, Klaviyo, or Marketo. - Background in inbound marketing strategies and B2B/B2C campaign management.
