Our DevOps team plays a critical role in ensuring high availability, low latency, and automation-first deployments that can operate across multi-cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP). Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer with 710 years of experience in Azure cloud infrastructure , container orchestration , and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) . The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Azure services and hands-on experience with Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud security practices . You will lead the design and automation of deployment pipelines, monitoring frameworks, and multi-cloud operations to ensure our voice agentic AI platforms and enterprise applications run reliably at scale. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and manage Azure-based infrastructure (AKS, Azure SQL/Postgres, App Services, Functions, Blob Storage, VMs, VNets). Implement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) for scalable, auditable, and automated deployments. Manage containers (Docker) and orchestrate with Kubernetes (AKS) . Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins). Ensure cloud security, compliance, RBAC, and networking policies . Implement observability and monitoring stacks (Azure Monitor, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK). Collaborate with developers and QA to automate build, test, and release workflows . Build disaster recovery, backup, and multi-region failover strategies . Provide multi-cloud support and migration expertise (AWS, GCP where required). Required Skills & Experience 710 years of professional DevOps / Cloud Engineering experience. Strong expertise in Azure services (AKS, App Services, Azure Functions, Azure SQL/Postgres, Storage, Networking, Security). Hands-on experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code. Proficiency with containers (Docker) and Kubernetes (AKS, EKS, or GKE) . Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab). Scripting skills in Bash, Python, or PowerShell . Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (Azure Monitor, Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, OpenTelemetry). Deep understanding of cloud networking, identity management, and performance optimization . Nice-to-Have Skills Experience with AWS (EKS, Lambda, RDS, S3) or GCP (GKE, Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub) . Knowledge of multi-cloud strategies and workload migration . Familiarity with service mesh technologies (Istio, Linkerd) . Exposure to voice AI platforms or real-time communication systems .
