Location: On-site (Kanpur Route Operations) Duration: 3 Months | Stipend: Performance-based + PPO Opportunity About Truckline: Truckline is building the Uber of the trucking industry — connecting Tier-2 and Tier-3 transporters and truck owners through a trust-driven, zero-commission platform. We're on a mission to bring transparency, reliability, and opportunity to India’s logistics backbone. Role Overview: We’re looking for a Business Development Intern to help us expand our transporter and truck owner network, support local operations, and contribute to market insights and reporting. You’ll be part of the ground team working directly with the founding members. Key Responsibilities: Identify and onboard transporters, fleet owners, and drivers across key trucking routes Maintain daily activity logs and performance reports using Microsoft Excel Conduct market surveys to understand pricing, freight rates, and competition trends Support the operations team in ensuring load fulfillment and route optimization Coordinate meetings, partnerships, and follow-ups with local transport businesses Requirements: Must have a bike/scooter for field travel Proficiency in Excel (basic formulas, data entry, reporting) Strong communication and relationship-building skills Punctual, disciplined, and target-driven mindset Perks & Benefits: Performance-based stipend Certificate of Internship Letter of Recommendation (LOR) for top performers Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) opportunity based on performance How to Apply: Send your CV, subject line BDE intern and a short note about yourself and on why you’d like to work with Truckline to mytruckline.official@gmail.com.
