Coordinate logistics such as venue arrangements, catering, and transportation. Communicate with vendors, sponsors, and participants to ensure smooth event operations. Manage event budgets and expenses. Create promotional materials and assist with marketing efforts. Provide on-site support during events, including registration and attendee assistance. Assist with post-event evaluations and analysis to identify areas for improvement.
