A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science is required, along with a background in Commodity Trading, Capital Market, or Banking. Experience with outsourced vendor partners in India is a significant advantage. Responsibilities include owning E2E testing activities, creating test artefacts, driving testing efficiency, collaborating with project teams, and managing testing activities for major implementations. The candidate should excel in communication, problem-solving, and working both independently and collaboratively. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining MxML workflows and interfaces for Murex platform integration. Collaboration with functional teams to convert business requirements into technical specifications will be a crucial part of your role. Additionally, you will be tasked with developing and optimizing SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and loading processes. Automation and deployment using GIT, Jenkins, and scripting tools will be implemented by you. Troubleshooting and resolving production issues in Murex environments will also be within your responsibilities. Working closely with QA and testing teams utilizing tools like MxTest, as well as managing and monitoring batch jobs through Control-M (desirable) will be part of your daily tasks. Furthermore, maintaining task tracking and documentation using JIRA and Confluence will be essential. Your role requires strong hands-on experience in MXML development and Murex integration. Proficiency in SQL and Unix/Linux scripting is essential. Experience with GIT, Jenkins, and JIRA is also required. Familiarity with MxTest or other Murex testing tools will be beneficial.
