Experience: 5+ years of Linux administration experience, specifically with RHEL 8/9. (Red Hat Enterprise Linux) ITIL/ITSM: Strong understanding of ITIL/ITSM frameworks in an enterprise support environment. Automation & Scripting: Proficiency in Bash, Python, or Ansible for system automation and configuration management. Security & Compliance: Knowledge of security best practices, firewall configurations, and access controls in Linux environments. Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Experience with monitoring tools such as Nagios, Zabbix, or Prometheus and strong diagnostic skills. Networking & Storage: Familiarity with network configurations, file systems, and storage solutions in Linux environments. Virtualization & Cloud (Desirable): Exposure to VMware, KVM, AWS, or Azure is an advantage. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for documentation and collaboration.
