Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plant Operator with expertise in the operation of MVRE, MEE, RO, ETP, and ZLD systems. The ideal candidate should be safety-conscious and ready to work in our Hubli location. Key Responsibilities: Operate and monitor MVRE (Mechanical Vapor Recompression Evaporator), MEE (Multiple Effect Evaporator), RO (Reverse Osmosis), ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant), and ZLD (Zero Liquid Discharge) systems. Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and safety protocols. Conduct routine maintenance checks and troubleshoot operational issues. Maintain accurate operational records and log reports. Support process improvements for enhanced efficiency and sustainability. Coordinate with the maintenance and safety teams as required. Preferred Candidate Profile: Diploma or B.Sc. in a relevant technical discipline. 1 to 3 years of experience in plant operation, preferably in water or wastewater treatment. Good understanding of basic safety standards and practices. Willingness to work in Hubli, Karnataka. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and team-working abilities.
