Job Title: Salesforce Developer with Administrator & CPQ Responsibilities Location: Pune | Experience: 4+ years (Mid to Senior Level) | Job Type: Full-Time / Contract / Permanent Job Summary We are looking for a Salesforce Developer with Administration and CPQ experience to manage, enhance, and maintain our Salesforce environment. You will build and optimize custom solutions—including CPQ configurations—manage platform setup, and support business functions while ensuring scalability, security, and adherence to best practices. Key Responsibilities Development (60%) Develop and deploy scalable solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), and Flows. Design, implement, and maintain Salesforce CPQ configurations, including Product Catalog setup, Price Rules, Discount Schedules, and Quote Templates. Design and implement integrations with third-party systems via REST/SOAP APIs. Create and maintain custom objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, flows, and triggers. Participate in code reviews and maintain coding best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve technical or configuration issues promptly, including CPQ-related errors. Administration (40%) Manage users, roles, profiles, permissions, and licenses. Handle data import/export, deduplication, and validation. Monitor system performance, maintain security, and ensure platform integrity. Build and maintain reports and dashboards. Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices and governance, including security tools (Shield, Security Centre, Privacy Centre). Support CPQ administration tasks, such as maintaining Price Books, Product Bundles, and approval workflows. Project Collaboration & Support Work with stakeholders, project managers, and teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored Salesforce and CPQ solutions. Participate in planning, design reviews, and code reviews. Provide end-user training and support for Salesforce and CPQ functionalities. Continuous Improvement Stay updated on Salesforce and CPQ releases, features, and best practices. Identify process improvements to enhance quoting, pricing, and sales efficiency. Maintain technical and user documentation for both Salesforce and CPQ modules. Required Skills & Qualifications 4+ years as a Salesforce Developer with admin responsibilities. Proficient in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, LWC, Flows, and CPQ configuration. Hands-on experience with Salesforce setup, configuration, and customization. Strong understanding of Salesforce CPQ data model (Products, Price Rules, Quotes, Contracts, Subscriptions). Experience managing complex pricing structures, quote-to-cash flows, and approval processes. Strong understanding of security, sharing rules, and user management. Certifications: Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer I (CPQ Specialist certification preferred). Nice-to-Have Experience with Salesforce CPQ Specialist Certification. Experience with CI/CD tools (Git, Salesforce DX). Familiarity with integration tools (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, etc.). Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Communication Cloud. Platform Developer II or Advanced Administrator certification. Soft Skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management. Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
