About the Role We are looking for a competent Web Developer with practical experience in PHP and Laravel to take responsibility for the development and maintenance of our corporate website and internal HR-related applications. This is a balanced role requiring both frontend and backend development capabilities, with a long-term view toward reliability, performance, and security. Key Responsibilities 1. Website Development & Maintenance Develop and maintain the companys primary website using PHP (Laravel) and standard web technologies. Collaborate with designers to convert Figma/mockups into responsive, functional pages. Ensure site functionality, uptime, and loading speed are continuously optimized. Implement SEO-friendly markup, clean URLs, and analytics integrations. Periodically update website content, structure, and modules based on internal needs. 2. HR Application Development Build and maintain secure web-based HR applications (e.g., employee onboarding, leave management, performance tracking, payroll integration). Design user access controls and role-based permissions for sensitive HR data. Work closely with HR and administrative stakeholders to scope features and prioritize development milestones. Create RESTful APIs and manage data integrations with third-party systems, if required. Ensure privacy, compliance, and data integrity throughout all HR-related modules. 3. General Development Duties Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following Laravel standards. Conduct unit testing and assist in user acceptance testing. Debug production issues and deploy fixes within acceptable timeframes. Maintain version control (Git), documentation, and deployment pipelines.
