They are responsible for understanding partner needs, providing personalized solutions, and offering services such as wealth management, insurance and investment consulting. Job Responsibilities for a Virtual Relationship Manager Develop and maintain relationships with partners or distributors through digital communication tools such as video/calls conferencing, emails, and messaging services. Identifying partner needs and developing plans to address them. Resolving partner complaints quickly and effectively. Forwarding upselling and cross-selling opportunities to the sales team. Promoting high-quality sales, supply, and partner service processes. Aiming to preserve partners and renew contracts. Approaching potential partners to establish relationships. Drive sales through the agency network by onboarding new partners and help in conducting continuous agent training programs. Ensure adherence to documented processes, procedures, and controls within the compliance framework. Address and resolve any issues or concerns related to accounts, transactions, and services promptly. Building and maintaining positive relationships with partners virtually & gaining solid knowledge of competitors. Requirements: Proven experience as a Partner Relationship Manager. Knowledge of partner relationship management (CRM) practices. Experience in sales or partner service is preferred. Excellent communication skills. Aptitude for fostering positive relationships. Teamwork and leadership skills. Partner-oriented mindset. Preferably NISM Certified
