As a candidate for the position, you will be responsible for conducting presales activities which include studying the market, generating leads, collaborating closely with the marketing team, principal, and pre-sales technical teams to drive demand. Your role will involve active participation in events to generate demand, as well as ensuring timely updates in the CRM system. In the sales domain, you will be required to prepare techno-commercial proposals, engage in negotiations, and successfully close deals in the best interest of the organization. It will be essential to maintain effective coordination with principals and customers, as well as complete all necessary documentation associated with the sales process. Key skills that will be crucial for this role include having a comprehensive understanding of industry segments and their primary activities, the ability to prepare for sales both technically and commercially, strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as excellent presentation skills to effectively showcase the company and its product solutions to potential clients. Additionally, you should be adept at garnering internal and external support required for securing sales deals, possess commercial acumen to ensure profitability, align your activities with set targets, and have a knack for networking within the sales ecosystem. Preferred skills for this position include a Masters in Marketing Management, relevant experience in the CAD-CAM-CAE Industry, and prior work experience in reputable companies within this industry segment. For educational qualifications and work experience, candidates should hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering and have a minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in sales.
