Position Overview

The Music Teacher (Vocal) will be responsible for teaching vocal music to students across various grades as per the CBSE curriculum and the school’s co-curricular framework. The teacher will develop students’ appreciation for music, train them in classical and contemporary singing techniques, and prepare them for performances, competitions, and cultural events.

• Conduct regular vocal music classes for students of different age groups following the CBSE guidelines.
• Teach Indian classical, semi-classical, devotional, and light music forms; basic knowledge of Western vocals is an added advantage.
• Train students in voice modulation, rhythm, pitch control, and performance techniques.
• Prepare lesson plans, practice sessions, and assessments aligned with the school’s academic calendar.
• Identify and nurture musical talent among students for inter-house, inter-school, and external competitions.
• Plan and coordinate musical programs for school assemblies, cultural fests, and annual day functions.
• Collaborate with the cultural committee for special events and celebrations.
• Prepare student choirs and solo performances for stage events and competitions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
