As a Music Instructor with us, your responsibilities include teaching students using our well-structured curriculum, guiding students in performing music during school assemblies, preparing students for events, competitions, and performances, fostering a positive and encouraging learning environment, assessing student progress, and providing constructive feedback to aid development. It is essential to stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and music trends. For this role, we seek individuals with a willingness to work as per company requirements, a genuine enthusiasm for music and teaching, proficiency in Keyboard, Guitar, or Drums, and strong interpersonal and communication abilities to engage students effectively. Previous teaching or music education experience is an advantage but not mandatory; enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are essential. The capability to adapt teaching styles to suit diverse learners is also crucial.
