As part of a Global team at The StoneX Group, you will be responsible for enhancing and growing the use of Murex Worldwide. Your main focus will be on developing and maintaining the Murex system for both internal and external users. In this role, you will work as a Murex Workflow/Integration Developer, where you will create, enhance, and maintain Murex post-trade workflows and OSP screens. You will be expected to work independently to analyze issues and provide solutions, proactively identifying improvements to make the system more resilient. Your responsibilities will also include the initial diagnosis of problems, applying known solutions, documenting issues, progress checking, and escalating when necessary to ensure prompt resolution. To excel in this position, you should possess 5-7 years of Murex workflow experience, a solid understanding of the Murex financial schema, good communication skills, intermediate/advanced knowledge of SQL, and the ability to adapt quickly and solve problems with an analytical mindset towards design and debugging. It would be advantageous to have experience in creating Workflow tasks with Java, hands-on knowledge of pre-trade workflows/rules, Murex EOD debugging experience, Murex upgrade experience, Murex datamart experience, knowledge of Murex services and logging, and familiarity with tools such as Jira and ServiceNow.
