We are seeking an experienced QA lead to oversee testing activities for complex software development projects. The ideal candidate will collaborate with vendor teams, offer practical solutions to challenges, and think from a business user's perspective. With a focus on quality assurance, the candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, engaging with IT and business stakeholders for end-to-end trading platform projects. With over 12 years of experience in managing quality assurance for enterprise projects, including 5+ years with Murex Product and Derivatives Domain, the candidate must possess expertise in Database, SQL, UNIX systems, and automation tools like MXTEST. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science is required, along with a background in Commodity Trading, Capital Market, or Banking. Experience with outsourced vendor partners in India is a significant advantage. Responsibilities include owning E2E testing activities, creating test artefacts, driving testing efficiency, collaborating with project teams, and managing testing activities for major implementations. The candidate should excel in communication, problem-solving, and working both independently and collaboratively. Strong relationships with vendor teams and global IT owners are essential for success in this role. This position reports to the TGS Trading IT department, responsible for delivering applications that support Trafiguras Oil & Metals trading.,
