Job Description

You will be responsible for leading and managing a team to deliver the Murex upgrade Program from an offshore location. You will be accountable for the end-to-end execution of the project, including Project Initiation, Planning & Scheduling, Execution & Completion. It will be your duty to ensure stakeholder communication, stakeholder management, and foster strong relationships with clients, team members & end-user stakeholders. You must identify Risks, Issues, Critical path activities, and track their mitigations, resolutions, & come up with solutions. Providing status updates related to all stakeholders and managing people & resources will be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will be responsible for project status tracking & setting up different levels of governance. The ideal candidate should have over 15 years of experience in Murex implementations, with at least 6 years in Murex Project Management & Program Management. You should have a strong understanding of Murex Architecture & the ability to comprehend end-to-end processes. Being a Subject Matter Expert in at least one Murex Module (MxML & Back Office Workflows, Datamart Reporting, or Front Office) is essential. Having excellent leadership and management skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and experience in offshore delivery management & team management are required. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, experience with at least 1 Murex upgrade project, project management tools exposure (Jira etc.), and scrum certification are also preferred.,
