The ideal candidate for this role should be well-versed in Lean Six Sigma Methodology, with experience in leading improvement projects, Business Process Re-engineering, Data and Analytics, New Technology, Target Operating Model redesign, Intelligent Automation, AI & NLP. As a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, you should possess a thorough understanding of all phases of D-M-A-I-C. Previous experience in the Travel industry is preferred. The candidate should have a strong background in Change/Project management, along with robust digital consulting experience and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional capability teams. Exposure to Design Thinking, including elements such as Customer Journey Mapping, EDIPT methodology, Persona creation, customer interviews, co-creation facilitation, rapid prototyping, and the use of tools like Mural software, is highly desirable. We are looking for highly creative, analytical, and solution-driven individuals with experience in Insurance/Healthcare and technology. The candidate should be capable of building innovative products and solutions to address the needs of the Insurance/Healthcare sector. Strong exposure to digital transformation embedded with Intelligent Automation is a key requirement. The candidate should possess excellent data analysis skills and be proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Minitab. Hands-on experience in the usage of Quality methodologies and techniques is essential. The role will involve contributing to and presenting in client/customer reviews and meetings, as well as participating in management reviews. Responsibilities will include driving Continuous Improvement projects, initiating best practice sharing across the team, managing all aspects of projects from identification to execution, ensuring successful achievement of timelines and budgets, creating various approaches, negotiating and fostering relationships with internal and external partners, developing new business approaches and technologies, and creating business cases with recommendations regarding benefits, financials, risks, contractual requirements, and long-term sustainability of initiatives.
