Role & responsibilities Candidate must be from a Residential projects Realestate company ( not from consultant/ architect firm). Design coordination experience is required. Autocad, photoshop, ms word, excel, sketch up. responsibilities: coordination with external consultants , preparing agenda and moms for meetings , checking GFC drawings before releasing to site. Strong understanding of building codes, municipal regulations, and architectural detailing. Familiarity with high-rise and villa project drawings is highly preferred.
